Hair Aesthetics
PRP
PRP is a regenerative treatment that uses your own growth factors to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, tissue and tone. In addition, PRP can also be used on the scalp to stimulate hair follicles.
Fue Hair Transplantation
FUE is the most widely used technique for hair transplantation worldwide and in Turkey. The FUE technique takes its name from the micromotor or other Greft extraction technique used during the transplantation process. In men, the hair follicles on the scalp and forehead are sensitive to the hormone testosterone and therefore fall out quickly.
However, the hair follicles at the back of the head are not susceptible to this hormone and therefore do not fall out. These hairs are therefore strong and resistant. During a hair transplant, these hair follicles are transplanted from the back of the head into the balding areas. When patients start researching hair transplants, the first question they ask is how many hair follicles should be implanted. This is where they come across the term greft. A greft is the structure used in hair transplantation that contains hair follicles and a certain amount of skin.
A single graft can contain two to four hair follicles, depending on the size of the graft removed. However, the size of the harvested graft is crucial to avoid leaving scars in the donor and implantation area. The hair transplant should therefore be customised to the hair structure of each patient and performed by experienced hands. In the FUE technique, the resistant hair follicles harvested from the posterior region are transplanted into the desired area using micromotors. The FUE technique is one of the most commonly used methods for hair transplants today due to the painless procedure and the successful results achieved.
DHI Hair Transplantation
In DHI hair transplantation, this means “direct hair transplantation”.
In this method, grafts are harvested using a medical pen called a choi and then transplanted directly into the skin without the need for an incision or the opening of channels. While known hair transplant methods perform these two steps in separate sessions, the use of the special pen simplifies the process to provide comfort and convenience for the patient. In short, while the hair transplant technique known as FUE is a three-step process, DHI is a two-step process. The aim of the application is to improve the quality of the hair transplant, ensure a dense appearance, preserve the existing hair pattern and allow the patient to quickly return to their daily life without having to cut their hair.
Sapphire Fue Technique
Sapphire FUE Technique is used because the cutting tools called slit, which are used while opening the channels in rare areas, cause damage to the tissue.
Sapphire Fue is a tremendous treatment method that is compatible with the skin, allows for frequent transplantation, and helps to accelerate the treatment process within 1 week after the channels are opened. Sapphire Fue allows for more frequent transplantation in the area with extreme openness Since the grafts are used frequently, the hair provides a more natural appearance due to the density of the hair.
Post-operative edema is less, this provides comfort to the patient. Since sapphire tips open smaller channels compared to other transplantation methods, there will be less crusting after transplantation. The patient’s scalp is checked to determine the degree of hair loss. Together with the patient, hair transplantation planning is made for the area to be transplanted. After graft collection, local anesthesia is applied. The channels where the roots will be placed are opened by using Sapphire blade in the numb area. After the roots taken from the donor area are placed, the area is closed and Sapphire Fue application is completed.
